These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Moonbub mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Moonbub. The App is intended for parents and guardians to track their child's sleep patterns. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter.
Moonbub is a free baby sleep tracking application that allows parents and guardians to log and monitor their child's sleep sessions, view wake window guidance based on published pediatric research, and receive optional push notifications. The App is provided free of charge with no advertisements and no paywalls.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Moonbub is for informational purposes only and is not a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Wake window recommendations are based on published pediatric sleep research and represent general guidelines — every child is different.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child's sleep or health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
We strongly encourage all parents to follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) safe sleep recommendations.
Sleep tracking data in the App is based on information you manually enter. Moonbub does not use sensors, monitors, or any hardware to detect sleep. While we strive to provide accurate calculations and summaries, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in the App.

The Moonbub name, logo, design, and all content within the App are the property of Moonbub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonbub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed $10 USD.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
